PACT Act Week of Action
December 10 through 17 is the VA's 'PACT Act Week of Action.' Over 90 VA medical centers across the US will hold meetings discussing Veteran care eligibility and benefits.
VA Town Halls Discuss PACT Act Health Benefits
From December tenth through the seventeenth, the VA is raising awareness about Veteran Benefits through the ‘PACT Act Week of Action.’ Throughout the week, more than 90 VA facilities around the country will be holding in-person town halls to provide information on what the Honoring Our PACT Act could mean for Veterans and their family members. There will be at least one town hall meeting in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia. Veterans and survivors of those exposed to toxins may be eligible for PACT Act benefits. How to Apply for PACT Act Benefits
The PACT Act extends care eligibility to Veterans with toxic exposures and Veterans of the Vietnam, Gulf War, and post-9/11 eras. If you are eligible for PACT Act benefits, you can file a legal or medical claim online, by mail, in person, or with the help of a professional.
